PI 1 & PI 2 Coil insulating paper (Kraft paper manila hemp) pulp are for special manufactured from good and tough wood fiber, which are chemically neutral and well suitable for telephone cables and copper rod for transformers.

PB 1 electrical grade paper and pressboard are for special product based on pure virgin cellulose Kraft pulp and thermal upgrading for use in oil-filled power transformers.

PB 2 electric grade paper and pressboard product based on recycle Kraft cellulose pulp is used in the manufacture of laminated insulation paper for various electrical low voltage applications such as motors, fans and many more items.

Paper and pressboard PB1 and PB2 characteristics include dielectric breakdown strength, impulse strength, energy dissipation, shrinkage, tensile strength and air resistance.

I. Coil Insulating Papers JIS C 2304

Coil insulating papers are classified by material component as in Table 1 according to JIS.
